We had never been to this location but we will for sure be back! The service was excellent and the manager was so attentive and nice! He made sure our drinks and food came on time and took the time to talk to us. He found out that we were fostering the 3 month old baby that we had with us and bought us a dessert to say thank you for what we are doing. We thought that was really nice! I recommend you go out of your way to go this location because the service and people are all very friendly and helpful.

Have been coming to this location for a long time and whenever they've messed up my or they have always compensated us and the food is always good

When friends come over this is one of the restaurants "on the rotation"
Yes it's a chain eatery but the service is always good here and the food never disappoints. It's about the people and not just the sign out front that make a good restaurant and I've been here often over the past 5 years and never been disappointed nor have my friends.

It's clean, the menu selection is good and as I said before the service is top notch.

My husband and I came to this restaurant last night. It's been a while since we've been to Chili's so we haven't dealt with the new tablet device they are using.
As great as it was to be able to leave without having to wait for the server to bring our check, we didn't like that looking around the restaurant we could see what a distraction it was. More technology to take away from personal time.
More importantly the servers will be tipped less. They aren't doing as much work and although our service was great, we didn't tip as much as we normally would have because a machine did half the work. I feel bad for the servers, I'm sure we aren't the only ones who feel that way about tipping.
