Terrible service from Start to finish. The manager was clearly ready to leave, the bartender didn't so much as acknowledge us, and the server was MIA, the entire time. Our appetizer was served with our salads, and our meals were wrong, nor corrected, our server didn't come back to check. I wouldn't want staff working for me.

I am not shocked by the reviews I am reading. Last we ate here it was horrible. I didn't even get what I ordered. We chalked it up to just a fluke and decided to return tonight. NEVER again!! The server had NO personality. I am not sure that he wasn't sick or something. It was not busy but it still took 40-ish minutes to receive our meal. The macaroni my husband got was cold and I ordered soup which was so cold the sprinkle of cheese on top didn't even start to melt. Do not waste your time or money. This location needs to be shut down or restaffed.

Came with a group of 12 from work. Sat for an hour and nobody came to check on us and we had to get our food to go...very poor service!

My daughter and I stopped in for dinner yesterday. It was around 4pm. Our 1st impression was how dirty the restaurant seemed. We had been out shopping all day and were starving so we decided to order anyway.

No hostess to greet and seat us. So we sat ourselves. When a waitress finally did come, her clothes were dirty, her hands were dirty, and her personal body odor was so bad I was gaging. Trying not to be rude and knowing my daughter hadn't eaten all day I still against my better judgement placed an order.

Our drinks were great. But super expensive @ $8 each. The food was garbage. I picked my chicken breast off my sandwich and ate about half of it before I just couldn't force myself to eat anymore of it. The whole restaurant was dirty, our waitress smelled and was dirty. I mean really, she had chipped fingernail polish on her nails and you could see the filth under them.

I paid our bill after talking with the on duty manager who took my meal off the bill. I couldn't address the waitress issue because she was hovering behind us leaning over the both to listen to what my complaint was about!? Unacceptable!

Please if you care about cleanliness dont go here. Drive a little further up the road and go ANYWHERE but here.

Really HATE this establishment and I would never recommend a single soul to eat here, especially my family. So I went there yesterday 07/05/15 to get lunch, now I'm a frequent customer and I sat down at the bar to place an order. I decided to try to use my 'redeem points' that I got just to see if it really works. The bar boy at the time did not know how to use it so he asked his manager. Now after the manager came around to help him (which in fact she was very polite) but I waited for 45 minutes, bare in mind that this was a sandwich. Not long after thew came back with a box and what did he do with this box you ask? THROWS it on the counter to me . I said to this man , even if i decided to place a to go order would you at least give me a bag? ..... He turned his back.......(did not respond) and after not acknowledging me for more than 5 minutes, went around the back, came around with the bag and THEW it on the counter.
Now after someone treat me like this at a eating establish OF Course I'm not going to trust the very food that they hand to me. I got up, when to my car drove one NW express way and gave the elderly lady standing there begging the bag which contained the box ( I didn't even open it) . Then proceeded to the W memorial where I purchased a meal for me and my husband.
I need no charity from you bar boy and I need not to make a scene. I vehemently and wholeheartedly recommend anyone/everyone to dine at the Memorial Chili's. Great costumer service.
Also , be care who you disrespect , you may be a patient of mine some day.
