New menu was an improvement. Helpful staff. We had fajitas burgers steak and taco variety. All tasty.

When reading reviews online, I'm always amazed at the lack of focus of most reviewers. People complain about "seating time" (is it any different than any other restaurant at peak time?), "place is full of kids" (seriously?) and all other kinds of nonsense. I'll try to be more objective.

Chili's is a simple and inexpensive place for people with simple needs. Want to impress your new girlfriend? This is *not* the place to go. Want to eat reasonably good and inexpensive food with family or some buddies? This is your place.

They have decent hamburgers and food in general. Don't expect anything fancy, though. They have the 2 for 20 combos which represent the best bang for the buck. The kids meals have decent sizes and prices (for a family of four eating one 2 for 20 combo and two kids meals, it's practically unbeatable.) Service can vary (especially at this location): Some servers are OK, while some others (like Joseph) are awesome. Your mileage may vary, like in any restaurant.

Overall, a good place for casual dining with friends and family that is not so heavy on the wallet.

This place is good. I like it since the renovation. The food is good. Not great but good. Really enjoy the Queso! The service needs to be stepped up a bit. The wait staff do not frequent the tables enough. I would like to add that it is extremely loud inside so loud a couple can't comfortably hold a conversation. Maybe white noise generators are needed or some room acoustic engineering needs to be done...I don't know.
