Food:

I've been to this restaurant many times and always come away satisfied with the food. I usually get a salad and they are very good and filling. The wait staff is always very solicitous and friendly too.
Yesterday I was put in a booth, which I prefer, but there was no support between the booths so that you are constantly jostled by the person sitting immediately behind you. Chili's - you need to fix this. I ended up moving to a table. It wasn't the fault of the person sitting behind me. The booths should be constructed so that no movement is felt by the person in the next booth.

Food:

I don't know what the other people are talking about chilis is very modern and updated and you can even pay with a little screen its on your table the food was excellent the timing was great I just came from a business meeting and everything went perfect

Food:

Went early (4p.m.) on a Sunday. The place was so dirty. Table was sticky. There was a booster seat wedged under our table. Had to send my silverware back because there were chunks of food on the fork. The appetizer plates weren't clean. There was smudges of food on the ledge separating the tables where a child had obviously sat and smeared food. Watched the bus boy sweep the floor and he left half of what was there. I will not go back. It made me sick.

My sister and I went to Chili's on a Thursday night. It wasn't busy at all. After we had been seated for almost 15 minutes the manager came over and took our drink order. Then my mother joined us. Another 10 minutes went by and the server finally decided to come over and asked "Are you ready to order yet?", as if we were the ones taking forever. When we were leaving the tip my sister said out loud that she was only leaving 15%, I was already up from the table and walking by the waitress and she looked over and said "Gee, I'm SOO glad I served you guys and was able to make my rent". I went straight to the manager and all I got was "sorry". NOT OK!!!!!

Food:

Food was solid as always. Not spectacular, but solid. The service was not either. 1.5 people for 9 tables at 8pm.
