08/16/2015 5:06 amTHEY SUCK!!!!!! We use to go here once every few weeks and it was awesome. The last two times were horrible! We will never go back! took 45 minutes to even get an answer to what the hold up was. Our appetizer COLD came out finally and the waitress only said "the manager knows" Knows what? That our food is taking forever? That you have not even come to check our table to see if we need refills? We were forced to sit on the bar side by crappy hostess! Then a family walks in with a kid and seated quickly on the non bar side! Patrons walking in sat at the bar and received their food before us. Finally after two tables walk out, the "manager" brings us our food (died in the window). Never will we go back here! Bummer because we loved this place! |

06/23/2014 8:25 pmMy first time to eat at any Chili's Restaurant did little to change my mind about eating at chain establishments. I ordered Baby Back Ribs. The temptation was there to send back my Baby Back Baby Back Ribs. They tasted okay. Though you'd find more meat on Twiggy. My wife and I also had guacamole and chips. The chips were bland...I mean absolutely tasteless. Meanwhile the guac had a rock hard piece of avocado bigger than a ping pong ball. And no, it was not the seed. My knife couldn't even cut into it. On top of everything else, shortly after leaving, my stomach began to write a review less favorable than the one I'm writing here. Though fortune was on my side at least to some degree. I actually made it home before the tsunami hit. Prior to eating there, I noticed the web indicated it only had three stars out of five. I should have taken heed and opted to go else where. However, my rating will be kind with a paltry two stars. The service was fine, though not exceptional. Our server did receive a gratuity of 15 percent I hope she understands, that will be the last time I leave a tip or eat at any Chili's. |

12/30/2013 1:17 pmNasty place, filthy dishes. Took a long time to be served. Bad Mgmt. I don't seemed to get good service at any of the chilies here in Tucson. Always get some kind of stomach ache after going there. My wife likes it. I always beg here not to go there. I got real bad poisoning at the one on River Rd , its closed now.... |
