Chili's, Largo, Florida Restaurant Details

soup was so salty i could not eat. santa fe salad had little tortilla ,strips in it that made it to salty.

Waitress was not good,Her name is Emilia. She needs more training. Gave her two gift cards,she came back with 1 gift card had me sign for the ticket and she said your remaining card has $16.77 on it. after 12 minutes went by my wife said where's are waitress? With are second card (2 cards $25 ea.) We asked someone where she was? ,She came back and said where is the second card asked me to empty my pockets but the ticket I had both card numbers on it. Didn't like how we where treated. She talked rude to us and said she was getting the Manager. Really? The Manager came in three minutes and said he had it !??? After she said that I must have the second card and had me empty my pockets. Not happy what happened to my family's visit. 3/16/15 ticket trans.304048 auth.907100 .

Waitress asked if my wife wanted "beef, pork or chicken", wife said Beef for my fajitas.

When we went to pay, it said "u/g beef" $1 and then another $1 for a total of $2.
Asking the waitress about this she said, "oh theres an upcharge for beef" I showed her the menu and asked her to show me where it said that at, she replied "its not on the menu", well why is there 2 charges for upgrades, my wife only had one order, she couldn't answer that question so she called the mgr. Mgr came over and said it was a standard upgrade fee, and the register automatically added the fee twice,, and NO IT WAS NOT STATED ON THE MENU ANYWHERE.
She removed the charges for the $2, I penalized the waitress for trying to get something by me by not stating the extra charges.

If you have to scam customers for an extra $2, what is going on with this place.

My family's "to-go" experience was horrible. The woman who came out to deliver our food was extremely rude and the food was at best lukewarm. Most of our food was tasteless and mushy. I was hoping that since the service was bad, the food would at least be good...but no such luck. I wrote corporate about our experience and have decided I will never return to this location. I might give another Chili's a chance to dine-in but this to-go experience has definitely ruined my opinion of this location.
