Chili's, Mesa, Arizona Restaurant Details

Worst customer service I've had, was greeted with wow can't believe you came in here wearing that guys (referring to the seahawks shirts my son and I had on) we're all cowboys fans here and the host then walked away and didn't seat us. Stood around for 10 minutes before walking out apon reaching the door a woman asked me why I was leaving told her because the service was horrible I would take my money else where she proceeded to smirked and laughed at me. I will not ever be coming back to this place of establishment.

Food:

Service was awesome. Food was fresh! We had the prime rib tacos and burritos. It was yummy!

This place is absolutely horrible !! I placed a to go order and it took this store over 30 minutes to get it ready when they told me that it would take 15 minutes!!! I took the food home and it was crap quality and thrown together. I paid almost $50 for this food and I was extremely disappointed. I will never come back to this location again, and I hope no one else does either!!!

Service is horrible. Food is crappy and is served cold. You never see your server. Then when the manager tries to give you coupons to come back, she takes forever too. We just walked out.
