Chili's, Montgomery, Alabama Restaurant Details

Food:

Had a good time but it took wayyy too long for the food to hit the table. . But my waiter was awesome...

Food:

Two friends and I went here one night. My ribs were caked with sauce that tasted like straight ketchup and even worse they were cold. Both of my friends enjoyed their food and our waitress was friendly and pretty quick about checking on us. So it was an OK experience.

Food:

Went once and swore I wasn't going back due to the HORRIBLE service, but I gave it another chance only to end up walking out after 15 minutes without anyone even coming to me asking for a drink order. When we exited the smart hostess laughed as she told us to have a nice day. I love every Chilli's location but I strongly encourage whoever is reading this NOT to go to this location.

My fiance and I sat down for 10 minutes he finally came by and he said I will be back in one second to get your drink order about two minutes later he came back but he was two tables down he was talking to someone he knew trying to get some girls phone number he stood there talking for a good 25 minutes and that was at table 63 on the Sunday night 12-13-2015 at 6:30p.m so we walked out left I tried to make a complaint no one was listening that was the worst service ever had so we left and went to Ming's garden Chinese restaurant in Montgomery the best Chinese restaurant in the southeast..

My first time going to this location was bad because of the food, my second time was HORRIBLE because of the waitress and her attitude. The third time I tries this location it was much better and we had a great waiter. Then the fourth was bad... they only had like two-three people working the front on a Friday night. We got our food and left.
