On January 15th 2016, My family and I went to this Chili's location. I live with Celiac Disease, & Chili's is listed on my approved Restaurant list for having a gluten free menu, which they do offer it. However, the waitress taking the order, the kitchen staff preparing the order and even the manager was obviously not educated or familiar with their Allergy Menus that the restaurant "offers", when I sent my breadless burger back because it indeed was served to me with hamburger buns, the manager came out with attitude, then proceeded to bring out a so called "NEW" burger but in fact it was not NEW it was the same burger without the bun, so cross contamination is what they served me, & landed me a visit to the emergency room and then sick for the entire weekend into today as though I had been poisoned. I just feel I have to share this experience, if you have any type of food allergies whatsoever, please take it from me and do not eat at this Chili's location, as it could end up very bad for the person or persons with allergies. If you continue to eat there and have allergies, just know you have been warned.

The beer in this location is ridiculous. Mich Ultra was $4.85 a bottle. 3 beers cost me $15 with taxes, which I could have bought a 12 pack. I travel to Tulsa a lot, and will not be visiting this location again.

I'm more than disappointed. I visited today for lunch. I ordered the fried pickles as a starter and pork tacos for lunch. The rice and beans came out cold. I requested that they heat them up... Instead they brought me a "fresh" batch, which was also cold. I then requested again that they heat up the rice and beans. With a bit of irony or perhaps intention, they came out just shy of the temperature of the sun. The pork tacos had decent flavor however, they were dry and the flower shells were stale. I asked for barbecue sauce to help and they brought it out. Once I tasted it, I let my server know that they sent out ketchup instead. My server informed me that it was actually barbecue sauce. (Whoops) the pickles were actually garlic pickles, not dill... So I exchanged them for the onion rings. The onion rings had good flavor but we're the consistency of onion rings you would expect from a fast food restaurant. At no time did a manager or other leadership member from staff ever come out and comment on my experience or apologize for the issues. Very disappointing considering that Thane, my server, was more than gracious and capable but was left to take the heat for everyone else's mistakes. Thane's service is five star however, management and cooking staff failed miserably. The only reason I gave my experience two stars instead of one is because Thane at least made it tolerable. I don't see myself or my family returning... And even though Chili's has rebranded and changed their menu, I won't be recommending Chili's to anyone.
