China 1, Clearwater, Florida Restaurant Details

I have been coming/ordering from china 1 since I moved here in 2010. I USE to love the food and customer service I recieved from the chinese family that runs this establishment. Recently I oderered from them about a month ago a ordered what I normally order general to's chicken lunch special with lo mein, egg roland crab ragoon. Delivery. It got here my egg roll wasnt in the bag so I just decided to call to see if I could get it the little girl that works for her parnents gets on the phone and procedes to tell me they know they put the eggroll in my bag,how many little bags did I recieve, am I sure its not there asking me the same thing over and over. I odered tonight from here got the exact same thing I always order asked for my eggroll the little girl was very rude and short with me. I get my food with my eggroll they had forgotten last time and ALL my food is totally and completly drenched in grease and tastes like oil. It was disgusting. I threw all of it away. Didnt even bother to call beacuse I already know how rude and disrespectful those little girls are towards paying customers. Will never order from here again!!,

I went and ordered shrimp fried rice and orange chicken. My white rice had hair in it. I called to let them to let them know about the hair in my rice. So I took the the rice back. The lady / owner was very rude and started yelling and screaming at me and telling i am crazy and there was no hair in the rice after she picked it out. The customer service here is sucks!!!

Big portions, tastes great. Nice people. I've been a regular 7 years. Family owned & operated. Never had a problem.

Their Singapore Mei Chia Fun is awesome.
If you love noodles and all meats with yellow curry..you have to taste theirs. The fried foods here don't upset my stomach as is the case with all other Chinese restaurants.

Rude all around. Repeated address correctly but wrote it down wrong. Driver yelled at me on phone. Then a 10 year old called to complain that I was wrong. I could hear the driver screaming in the background. Holy crapola
