Disappointed. The Lo Mein was very generic tasting. It lacked taste and the noodles tasted like they've been lying around for a while; not fresh/pasty. Tasted like you or me could have made this on the first try. The vegetables it was made with were fresh though. I've found this to be very common amongst many Chinese Food places - they just don't make very good Chinese food compared to select others.

The spare-ribs are completely different than the Chinese spare-ribs I've come to get used to. Being from NYC I have tried literally hundreds of different Chinese food places, and this recipe they use is not Chinese. But I will say this: it is not bad. It takes on a totally different approach. Firstly having way more meat on there. The sauce is different, too. Tarty. My guess is some Texas man came up and offered them better ribs for same or less. But it is not consistent with regular Chinese, sorry. That being said, I'd still order ribs from them if I'm in the mood for these, beefier ribs. But I was in the mood for Chinese ribs, and they don't have them here. I surely won't be ordering Lo Mein from here ever again, and if they get Lo Mein wrong, I think it's safe for me to skip their entire menu. So far I've found one place that makes good Chinese in Albuquerque, but I still have to finish testing them out. If you want the name, ask, I'll check back intermittently to put out an answer.

Food was fast, but very generic. Tastes just like Heavens Dragon a mile up the road. Great portions if you're hungry, but again, very bland generic food. Just drive to Pei Wei for the "Best".

The food was good came out fast but the tables were sticky. And the services was slow.

This China Best is by far the best Chinese restaurant on the westside of Albuquerque. Friendly, great prices, and delicious food. My father-in-law is from China and used to own his own restaurant...this is really close to as good as his!
