I have lived in Charlotte for almost 4 months now and I have to say this has been my worst food experience. I got the General Tso's Chicken combo and it was disgusting to say the least. The chicken tasted and looked undercooked. There was no crispiness that is usually associated with this famous Chinese-American dish. The chicken was soggy and VERY rubbery. The fried rice was decent and the egg roll was at least 1/3 the size of normal Chinese restaurants. The sheer quantity of the food seemed exciting at first (enough for 2-3 meals), but the quality was terrible. This was the food review I've ever written and it is the result of such terrible food. I have never had a bad Chinese experience in any state I've lived or visited, but this was just abysmal.

Decent quality and decent service. Some other users reviewed it badly, according to the conversation I had with the owners from time to time, it seems like some customers tried to keep the good food and demanded a refund at the same time. If not, a bad review get posted here. It's truly unjustified for small businesses like them! Overall, I love the food, fresh vegetables and quick delivery service from here!

Mediocre food quality. But, the delivery guy (elderly man) is real horrible. He asks for tip. I told him I put the amount included in the check and paid him. He still insists on tip. He asks for a few times and I explain to him the same. He says next time and leaves. I don't know if he understood me or not but it is weird asking for tip when its already included and the receipt he brought mentions that already. Only reason ordered because it was close to home. There is no next time.

Reading other reviews, it disgusts me when they found rat parts in their food.

Judging by the other reviews and my own personal experience, they give you a large amount of decent food with decent service, and they just don't like black people

and everyone wonders why racism is a thing. delivery guy didn't understand english except for one phrase. "give tip". i told him that because he demanded a tip, i wasn't going to give him one since he didn;t deserve it at that point. the man SHOVES me aside, grabs my wallet, and takes A $20 BILL out, SPITS on me, and then has the GALL to tell the hotel staff (in chinese) about what a bad person i am. to top it off, there is a rat tail mixed with the noodles. this place should be SHUT DOWN and everyone associated with the ownership and operation of this garbage dump ARRESTED!
