Excellent food. Great friendly service. Being from New York, I'm extremely glad to have found this place. Delish.

Food:

I placed an order for delivery and it took almost 90-min to arrive. When I called to check on the order after an hour, I was told that it was 'out for delivery' and then the woman hing up on me. The food was very "Americanized". I ordered General Tso's Chicken and it was sweet, no hint of spice, or even seasoning, at all. The fried rice and egg roll were bland. It was not bad food, it just wasn't good Chinese food.

This place is terrible. I found them online and called in my order. When I got there to pick it up the price was $2 more than online. He said it was because the menu online was from a couple of years ago (UPDATE). I ordered the cashew chicken, oh my goodness it was nasty, the cashews were burnt, I hope the chicken is really chicken because it is cut in funny little shapes. And what made me laugh to top it off, the guy acted like he didn't want to give me extra soy sauce. Really, I give this place a -1. Dont go there.

I really don't enjoy writing bad reviews, but I had a bad experience and it wasn't the first time. I called in a takeout order and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. I arrived a few moments early, but then had to wait almost an hour making the total wait 1-1/2 hours. The same thing happened to other customers too. The food itself is pretty good, but I can't overlook these service problems. Since I have had a similar experience on two other occasions, I can't write this off as just a bad night. Also, I don't find the staff friendly or apologetic for this obvious problem that they have. My time is too valuable to me. Not at least acknowledging that my time is important is also a problem. I won't be patronizing this establishment again.
