China Fu, Raleigh, North Carolina Restaurant Details

This place is god aweful. Do not eat here. Terrible food, and terrible environment. Not even worth it for carry out.

Was visiting from out of town and was very disappointed in the service and cashier of this restaurant. She wasn't pleasant at all and when my food was ready, she just put it on the counter and walked away. She didn't offer us sauces, we had to get them ourselves. Will never go back again. First impressions are lasting impressions!

This place is amazing; it is owned by the same people who own Sake House, which is also amazing. The sauces really make the food.

The cashier was a woman wearing a hat, she is very rude. When your customers come in you should greet them, I walked up to the counter and said hello before I ordered and she just looked at me did not speak back. Also she walked everybody else their food to their table and just sat mine on the counter and said "mam". I will never come back that's just ridiculously rude.

Good food, horrible online ordering system, rude employee. Ordered online this evening, arrived 20 minutes later to pick up my order, girl behind the counter said my order never came through. So, I ordered again, waited another 15 minutes for it to be prepared, paid, took my food and went on my way. 2 hours later I get a phone call from China Fu wondering when I was coming to pick up my order. I tried explaining to the woman what had transpired earlier, but she didn't understand. Finally she insisted a couple of times that I went to the wrong place and hung up on me.

I've been a China Fu customer for about six months......You know, I like their food, and was happy to have finally found a local Chinese place that seemed to care about its sanitation rating. On the other hand, I was inconvenienced, forced to waste time, and then ultimately blamed by them for -their- screw-up. Will I go back again? Maybe.....but I am actively on the lookout once again for someplace different.
