Food:

Wish I could give negative stars! Worst service ever! Food taste ok, but their service is the worst! I went in and ordered for take out for the family, a fairly large order i might add, got home and part of my order was missing. I called them, they fought with me about it after several minutes telling them i did not have my food they finally offered to bring me the missing food. A second lady then got on the phone and fought with me about the food then finally said that she will remake it but i have to come get it. I expressed to them how awful i thought it was that they mess up and i am the one who has to do the running to fix it. She hung up on me! When i got to the store her attitude continued! I will NEVER buy from them again and i would strongly suggest no one else does either!

Food:

I steered away from my usual Chinese spot to get Mongolian Beef, and boy was I dissatisfied! Instead of Mongolian Beef I got Mongolian onion! And for the price was most definitely not worth it! I have had Chinese from all over and the portion was horrible for the price! I will say the taste and readiness was alright. Just beware, and hit up Great Wall on Tidewater!

DO NOT GO HERE. As being a culinary specialist, I can quickly spot anything that's not right. The biggest thing to handling food is obviously personal hygiene and sanitation. since there is no door to the kitchen, you can see everything while you wait for your food. This was my first time here. I didn't feel like cooking for myself and wanted to grab something quick so I thought I'd give them a try. immediately upon entering I noticed quite a few things that bothered the hell out of me. 1, the cashier is like 10 years old. 2 Noone was wearing hair nets or covers. 3 I didn't see anyone wash their hands or wear gloves when handling food. all within minutes after ordering. normally I would immediately demand a refund but I was so hungry it didn't bother me at the time. I ordered pork chop suey, an egg roll and crab ragoon. these idiots didn't even give me my damn egg roll. when i got home I began inspecting the food. I immediately threw it in the garbage. the pork was undercooked and it had a bad odor. I wasn't trying to get food poisoning. on top of that every thing leaked right through the bag because everything was sideways never in my life have I ever received food so fd up. i am truly amazed this place is still open. it disgusts me.

Food:

I was very unhappy. I requested extra hoisin sauce for my moo shu. I did not get any. And when my food was delivered it had leaked all over the bag. When I called and complained they said it was because of the extra sauce I ordered, which is not what I asked for and never had a problem ordering before. I will never order from here again.

This is honestly the best Chinese food in Norfolk. I'm pretty picky and I have zero complaints about the food. It's delicious and prepared in a timely manner. I only wish they were open a little earlier.
