Food:

Usually liked this place till my daughter and I got food poisoning there today. I know this because we ordered the same identical thing.And both were sick an hour after getting home.

Food:

The delivery preparation was not so good I paid a good amount of money on my food and the box with my orange chicken in it breaks all in the bag as soon as I lift up the box the food was alright but I don't think I well be getting any food from this place again only because I don't feel like paying that amount of money just to have my food go all over the bag maybe it'll be a better experience if I would go there and eat but I definitely know I will not get it delivered again.

Delicious! The guy that served us today was very nice and attentive. The food was quick! We had the sesame chicken and vegetable fried rice as well as wontons and egg rolls. It was the best sesame chicken I've tasted! Ask the food was great. Will come back when we are back in town.

I really don't know how anyone could not like this place. It is a staple Chinese place in the area. Great food and a great price. All of the guys at my office go here all the time. You can typically eat here, get full and still spend less then you would at a fast food "Restaurant". I always get the Mongolian beef and recommend trying it if you don't know what to get. Awesome service and a quiet atmosphere.

Before you read this I wanted to assure everyone reading that I don't work for a store in competition with China Garden. I saw a couple of reviews accusing people of this and at least with me that is not the case.

Also this is a really long review but before you decide to waste your money I really do suggest that you read this first even if it does take you a minute.

First thing was it took forever to get to my house. I was waiting almost an hour and a half for something that they said would take under 50 minutes. I'm a patient person though. After that I started trying the food I was almost horrified that they are actually selling that stuff. The sauce that I got was terrible, the chicken was soggy, the shrimp tasted old, and the rice tasted dirty (which doesn't make sense for rice but that is the only way I can think to describe it). The one thing that was somewhat ok was the crab rangoon and that was at best just ok.

After this horrible experience I decided to call back. I was asking to get my money back because I was not satisfied and the customer service was not great. The lady on the phone seemed like she didn't want to help me. Eventually she told me that the manager wasn't there and that she would have him call me. I waited for 5 hours until I had to run up there myself to get any help getting my money back. As if it wasn't a bad enough experience already they were still reluctant to help me until I told them I wasn't leaving until I got my money back. They were going to give me cash back for the order until I realized they weren't going to give me money back for the delivery charge or the tax on the order. I was fed up. I threated to report them to the better business bureau as I was walking out and then they decided to stop me and finally help. At least that's what they told me. I found out a few days later that I was charged again for the same order instead of refunded. When you can't even refund something that was wrong you know there is a problem. It's an embarrassment.

If you are still ready this then do yourself a favor and save your money and go somewhere. else.
