After 3 very disappointing visits in a row I am changing my former 5 star review to an abysmal one star, this place sucks!

I have been a customer here for years, but I'll never step foot in this place again. I went the other night and was happy to see the owner in the kitchen, so I ordered all my favorites to take home. I was the only customer. Needless to say, it was all horrible... from the twice cooked pork to their signature Hot n Sour soup.... I threw it all out....including the hhahaha Shrimp Lo Mein which was nothing but a few canned shrimp and noodles soaked in soy sauce....not a single veggie to be found. From now on you will find me across the street at Quick Chinese, an excellent alternative to this crap. Just let this guy go out of business, he doesnt deserve yours.

Horrible horrible service. The lady behind the counter was Very rude. When I asked her to describe a specific chicken dish. She was very rude and said she didn't know if it was sweet, hot, mild. I ended up walking out and going to Pagoda Chinese Restaurant which was very good. The worst service in town. Definitely would NOT RECOMMEND.

I've been to dozens of Am-Chin fast food places, and overall i would go back to each one because they are consistently stable recipes. This place, I wholeheartedly would boycott.
I wont talk about the normal american General Tso chicken because that you can have everyone else talk about. Here, the Hot/Soup soup has been the most unique of all the other stores. Unique = suck. Too much vinegar, too much sugar; there was a taste of sweetness I could not get out of my palate. The pieces of vegetables were chopped unconventionally (not julienned), and there was an absence of any meat. On to the Chicken Broccoli. This was the first CB that tasted weird. I think they cut the meat in a way that slaps in the way of conventional chinese cooking. I also ordered white rice, and what I got was white rice saturated in soy. Not what I wanted. I wanted to drown that rice in the brown sauce from the broccoli. Service was the slowest I ever saw, and I was the only customer on order. The atmostphere made it feel like an actual chinese household, where the owner's kids are bickering in the room and the wife just lounges around in her kardashian outfit. The women's loo is broken too. The kid cashier hospitality is below sub-par. I have no reservations about banning this from the chinese restaurant club. If you want better chinese take out, I'd suggest Lee's Dragon down the street. At least its more professional looking than here (albeit in an old McD's shell).

We work in an office building and a lot of us order lunch in. We are highly disapointed to say the least with China Hut. The rice was burnt with no vegatbles or eggs in it; we ordered shrimp fried rice with extra shrimp and there was no shrimp; ordered crab ragoons and received cream cheese rangoons. When we called to complain the manager was rude and actually was angry at us that we didn't enjoy the food, he actually expecting us to give them back the remaining food as long as we had not eaten half the order. All in all a terrible experience. We will find another chinese take out.

Food:

I ordered Kung Pao Delight (chicken, beef, shriimp), lo mein noodles, egg rolls. More than enough food for two and only 24 bucks. Delivery was faster than expected. I was very pleased with China Hut.
