China Inn, Lincoln, Nebraska Restaurant Details

Food:

We have been regular customers at China Inn for 15 years. Always loved it. It is now under new ownership, and we wanted to give the new owners a chance. We have been there 3 times now. The food is no longer good and the service is absolutely TERRIBLE. The woman at the front counter can only speak one word of English... "sorry". What used to take a few minutes now takes at least 1/2 hour, if not more, and it's usually not exactly right. Sorry to say we will not be returning.

This place is so dirty and un-sanitized! Found a dead fly in my sweet and sour dipping sauce. Owner just laughed and walked away with the container and put it back on the shelve......really!???! Never coming back!!!!

Fantastic Chinese cuisine! The crispy chicken is delicious and the generals chicken is like no other. Try the mapo tofu if your into more exciting foods and tastes.

Worst Chinese food I have EVER had! My chicken was undercooked and the outside burnt. The establishment is very dirty. The rice tasted like charcoal, we are guessing from residue on the pan they used. I couldn't even swallow the sweet and sour sauce, I had to spit it out. And to top it off they didn't even give me the crab rangoon I ordered in my take out order.

This is the WORST Chinese food I have Ever had. It used to be good 10 years ago but it is just horrible now. The service was very poor and the food is so bad I am hoping we don't become ill from the little that we did eat. Most of it went right into the trash can and out to the curb. I went into the restaurant to order the food to go. I waited and waited and then was so disappointed with the slop that they sent home with me in those unstable styrofoam containers. NEVER AGAIN. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!
