China King's Buffet, Jacksonville, Florida Restaurant Details

Food:

The food was disgusting. The hostess at the front door was rude. To top things off they sat all the black people or people accompanied by black people on the left side of the restaurant.

Typical Asian buffet quality, but it was the blatantly misleading coupon that dropped my rating from a 3 to a 1 star. Evidently the acronym "BOGO" also means buy one get one half off too. At least that's what the cashier said was printed at the bottom of the coupon. The font that was printed in almost the identical color of the background was so tiny that I couldn't read it.... but I could sure read the dark BOGO font that took up at least 75% of the coupon.

Food:

My son and I have been regulars since it opened. With out a doubt this is the best Chinese buffet in Jacksonville. The food is always freshly made and a great variety of favorites. Jenny the hostess is very friendly, efficient and she dresses like a fashion model. If you like good food, plenty of it and a pleasant atmosphere you won't be disappointed.

My mom wanted to pay for everyone's food and she has military discount but the front cashier who does not speak a lot of English, separated her check and made her pay everyone else's on another check without the discount. If she is paying for it she should get the discount. I will never eat here again because of the disrespect shown to my mom and the food made me sick

I been there a few times , on 9/20 my son's birthday party , I invited my friends there , everybody so happy and enjoy the foods there . I am a seafood lover , we ate difference sushi ,big fish , crabs , large shrimp oysters ,mussels ......Also have a lot Asian style meat , vegetables and desserts. I am satisfied their service and price. Just want to say thanks to every one who work in this restaurant with their heart and love , this is the best birthday gift for my son !
