china max is the best chinese place i ever bin to , the service was excellent , the food amazing , the prices were greaf, i recommend the orange chicken , i live in cleveland and every time i want chinese i go all the way to parmatown just to get some delicious orange chicken

My 12 year old daughter found a black/brown long piece of hair buried deep in her rice today. I went back to the counter and told the "manager" that we found a black hair, and requested that they replace my daughters lunch. The manager made the suggestion that we planted the piece of hair and that she was not going to replace the 1/4 eaten meal. I was appalled! I returned to my table and threw out her lunch as well as my mother and my lunch. I am still in shock as to the response from the manager. We will never go back and I hope that the health dept. takes note and pays them a visit.
