it waz sooo horrible ,im so so sorry i ordered from here not once but 2 x disgusting please dont ever go here, taste disgustng .the rice disgusting i have to say .im sorry .. :(

I have ordered twice from this restaurant. Both times I waited an hour and a half and still did not receive my take out until I had to call. After calling again, they would rush over. Their rice both times has been overcooked. Soup is not very good, Wontons are mediocre. Both times the food leaked everywhere throughout the bag and it was a total mess. Regardless of the prior, they truly do have some tasty Orange Chicken and General Tso Chicken!
Overall, if you are wanting the Customer Service or convenience aspect of Chinese take out, I would definitely go somewhere else.

My boyfriend is extremely allergic to sea food. We ordered hunan beef and sesame chicken and when we started to eat our food he bite into a piece of shrimp. I called them for a refund on just his food told them they could even come see for themselves but they told me i was a liar and to never order from them again. The worst customer service ive ever had in the city of Omaha. They were rude disrespectful and they yelled at me. DONT ORDER FROM THEM. I called the better business bureau and told them about my situation. I order from them at least twice a month and have almost never complained. When i first called i was polite and respectful even though they almost killed my boyfriend. I advise you to reconsider ordering from them.

Order from these guys fairly regularly. Never had a bad experience and they are so, so nice! Everyone has off days, but we've been very pleased over the last few years.

I have both dined in their establishment, and ordered for delivery. In all cases, the food was fresh, hot, and well-mixed. By "well-mixed," I mean that the food was cooked in recipes that was tasty, not "empty or void" of flavor. And, the quantities were always on the upper-side of what is typical of other local Oriental restaurants and delivery services. I am just at the four-mile mark, and, once they had my online order, they got to in a prompt manner, no delay, even with them not being at my complex address, before. They are also friendly, and helpful. I substituted certain ingredients for others, and they accommodated me without attitude. I am unaware why others have had bad experiences with this fast-food Chinese joint, but, my experiences are excellent. I recommend their food. Thanks for reading - Tomas / @NW7US on Twitter
