Don't even bother.

Ordered online for delivery. Two hours of waiting, 3 phone calls, twice being told (half an hour apart!) that the driver had just left with our food, and finally someone shows up at our door with a bag of food and laughs about it. Waiting two hours for delivery is not funny to the customer, and it shouldn't be funny to the delivery person who apparently only knows two English words "Sorry" and "haha".

You're better off trusting congress to do something right than expecting to get your food delivered by China Spring. Next time I'll order the food direct from China, it will probably get here faster on a slow boat across the Pacific.

If you like tiny slivers of chicken encased in a suitcase of batter, or if you like your Mongolian Beef to be 80% onions, then this place is hard to beat. If you like big chunks of chicken, flavorful, identifiable sauces (rather than a generic sweet sauce that's used for everything), then do yourself a favor and go to Chine Panda, about 1/2 mile away. They blow this place out of the water.

It terms of quick, cheap Chinese take-out restaurants, this place is better than most. It isn't a high bar to leap for certain; however, they do prepare dishes a bit better than their counterparts nearby. Their meat dishes tend to be more tender, their rice a little better prepared. Like other spots of this kind, they assume most Americans can't tell the difference between Szechuan or Mandarin and so I'm guessing they prepare dishes the way they like, depending on whatever part of the world the owners and cooks come from.

Burn me once shame on you, etc. etc. In fact, if they even cooked their food long enough to get a nice char would be a world of difference. Instead here I am with a batch of pork fried rice, uneaten. How can you possibly go wrong? The rice? Not fully cooked: crunchy in a sense. Pork? where? A few dots here and there but, alas, not in the right ratio. I am flat out never going here again. They have mistakenly taken the "fast" paradigm to bring mediocre "Amerikanized" slop Chinese to a new Dimension. Downward.
