I got some beef and broccoli and rice with a side of sweet and sour chicken.
The meat from the beef and broccoli tasted like medicine. It didnt not taste like it usually does!! It was so gross i couldnt eat it theat taste over powered the rest of my food and it upset my stomach really bad! Never again

Chinese food is very delicious Especially the Fried chicken string！！！

I just ate here with my mom and the food was fresh, delicious and presented well! Everything I tried was very good. Our waitress was very kind and attentive. Next time I'm in Lubbock I look forward to eating here.

I usually don't eat buffet because buffet food is not as good as non-buffet restaurant, but the food in China Star is actually very good. Fried rice noodle is one of my favorites and fried eggplant is always on the top of my list. The only thing I don't like is the lighting is a little bit dark to me.

Food was awful, owner was rude... place had an odor... do not eat here.... total waste of money
