Very racist. I moved here from Up north and lived on that side of town before buying my home. The lady was rude slamming my change onto the counter and rolled her eyes as if I'm bothering her. You need my money to keep your business afloat. I politely asked for my money back and took my business elsewhere.

Food:

2 stars because the food is good. Otherwise 1!

For the most part, their food is pretty decent. However, their customer service is terrible. One of the delivery drivers rushes me to the front door by ringing my doorbell, pounding, then yelling (all within 3 secs of his arrival). He also tries to dictate the exact amount I should leave as a tip. Also, the person taking my order usually gets something on my order ticket wrong and then I have to go through a trial to prove to them that something is incorrect. Afterwards, I am charged again for them to correct their mistake. Plus, they never admit fault or even apologize.

I like their food and convenience but not enough to deal with such horrid service. Tonight was my last time giving them my business.

I ask no pork. They put pork on plate anyway and say " eat pork eat pork" and i find out it really shaved mice not pork. I sue 1.5 million now i known as kim karshian. I rich now. I teach them lesson and sue them.

Love this place. We've been going for so long that they treat us very well when we come in. The food is excellent and I've never been disappointed and the portions are so big that when my family isn't quite as hungry, we'll order one and share. Prices are very reasonable and I really enjoy the delivery option when I'm feeling lazy. I only avoided five stars because I which they would add to the menu on occasion and introduce some new things, and I'm not overly fond of eating in the actual restaurant but this is still one of my favorite places. We've been loyal customers for about 5 years now and this is almost a weekly trip for us.
