I have been coming here since this place opened. There has NEVER been a problem. The food is great, the lady who takes my order is very polite. I have no idea why some people is saying that she is rude. Anyways, I come here every week I have tried almost everything on their menu. Honestly, everything is PERFECT! I LOVE EVERYTHING THEY HAVE! The gizzards are yummy and they cost $3.85 with tax and you get a whole box full! I have been to many Chinese restaurants, but ever since I tried China Village's food, I stayed eating there. You should try it!

Food:

I gotta say, this place is AMAZING! It was my first time eating here. My wife got General Tso's Chicken with fried rice. The chicken was extra spicy like we wanted, and the rice was very tasty. I got myself some chicken wings with shrimp fried rice. THEIR WINGS ARE THE BEST! Not to be rude, but I think their wings taste way better than the ones next door. There was a great amount of shrimp in my rice, I loved it! My wife and I shared an order of crab rangoons, it turned out it has more crabmeat than I imagined! Out of all the other chinese restaurants, they have the best food. I'm glad that I found this restaurant. The service was great, they have a polite staff, and THE FOOD WAS CHEAP! Also, we got some chicken toast for free! We will come eat here in the future, china village is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Food:

Egg drop soup was so thick and had no flavor, it was similar to hot gelatin. The sesame chicken was not good quality chicken, covered in a very sweet syrup. Pretty bad :(

I just ate sesame chicken & fried rice & I loved it. The order was quickly prepared. The service was great. It's definitely more of a pickup or delivery style restaurant. I loved it. & it was a lot of food.

Food:

This was my 1st time eating here. And damn sure the last time I order from here. I heard the place was pretty good. Unfortunately, they didn't deliver to my address. So, I caught the bus to go get my food.

When I made my order, I got 2 platters. One General Tso's Chicken, and an Orange Chicken, and Crab Ragoons. I specifically told the man who took my order NO BROCCOLI IN EITHER PLATTER, because of a food allergy. He said OK.

So, I walked over to HG HILL to grab a couple things and came back. Upon returning, they began to make my order. And this is where the problem starts...

Once my order was done, he placed that whole order in one bag. And it barely fit. I even told him it's fine if you have to use 2 bags. But the man said HE GOT THIS.

When I got home after having to make a over 5 minutes walk home from the bus stop, I gave the food to my fiance, who then went to look for his food. He told me there was broccoli in his food. Now, keep in mind, I specifically said NO BROCCOLI IN EITHER PLATTER!

So I called back to vent my utmost dissatisfaction with the restaurant. His excuse, WE FORGOT, and WE SORRY. So, I asked for the $20 I spent on my order refunded to my card. He tells me to bring the food back, and I can get my money back. Unfortunately, I caught the last bus of the evening, so there was no way I was bringing the food back. And, on top of that, it was freezing rain outside.

So, even though the food was pretty good, I won't be ordering from this place anymore. And will also be disputing the charge with my bank.
