NEVER WENT THERE BUT PLANNING ON GOING DUE TO REVIEWS.IT JUST IRKED ME,TWO MISSPELLINGS ON THEIR MENU,BISQUE AND STYLE.MAYBE A LANGUAGE BARRIER WITH THE PERSON WHO WROTE THE MENU.

Excellent food and service. Amazing atmosphere to have yummy dinner and good drink. Servers are outstanding.

Delicious and tastly and not too expensive food, very nice service, beautiful (sort of kitch), clean and cozy place. And on the weekend you can dance but have your table completely away from the noise (you can pick a seating table behind the closed doors and totally separate from the area with the music) - the only "Russian" restaurant I know with dance floor can be totally separated from where you eat, so you get both quiet where you can talk and loud if you want to shake it ;). Love it! Will be coming back again and again and again.

I have been going to Chinar for a long time, even when I used to live in Brooklyn and it has always been a quality restaurant! Their place on the Island is just as good if not better!

I had my bridal shower there a couple of weekend ago and everything was superb... The food was fantastic, the service unbelievable...

I highly recommend Chinar, they have truelly made many occasions in my life memorable and fantastic and the bridal shower took the CAKE!

Thanks so much for making my special day that much better!
