Chipotle, Albuquerque, New Mexico, Lacto Restaurant Details

Halloween night 10/31/15, we bought 8 burritos for the family before trick or treating. 6 of us got sick, diarrhea, throwing up, etc. It was horrible!! We won't be going back there again!!

Not sure if this is connected with the problem in Washington, but this was horrible, and you guys preach freshness? You got a serious problem there! All I can think about is allll the people that were in line behind us and how many of them got sick... I'm betting a lot of them. Shame on you guys, poisoning the people!!

Amazing but they not supper clean some times better than others they need to have NM Department of Health look into it. They need more New Mexico locations like Farmington, NM or Las cruses

This place is in desperate need of corporate intervention.

PLEASE READ BEFORE VISITING.

In no way even comes close to the standards of other locations as far as food quality.

I'm was visiting from West Los Angeles where food quality is a big deal. I say this so that you understand my expectations.

The place appeared clean, but once I reached the register I could have sworn I witnessed cross-contamination twice.

Handling raw and cooked food at the same time is a matter that should be brought to the attention of the New Mexico department of health and consumer affairs.

We trust these people to serve us quality food prepared in a safe manner.

Fast talking and fast moving in a frenzy just to get the customer through is not the equivalent of good customer service. FYI.

Whenever visiting a new location I always order minimal toppings so that I can really taste the core ingreidients of what I am eating. A burrito with chicken, brown rice pinto beans, lettuce and cheese.

The cook must rely on people adding sour cream, guacamole and salsa to mask his poor cooking because the chicken was virtually tasteless and yet unpleasantly spicy.

The taste of the beans was stronger than the taste of the chicken. Possibly because they intentionally trim how much meat they give you.

The rice was gritty which immediately provoked me to toss the whole fu##king thing right out the window (not literally, I don't litter). Thought I was going to get a classic signature Chipotle burrito for my drive back to Los Angeles, instead got a piece of s*** wrapped in foil.

Any positive review was most likely made while this location was under better management, different shift, lucky day or by a person with a really strong digestive system and low standards.

Placed an order online and it wasn't ready when I got there. Their excuse was that they lost the ticket. But they somehow magically found it when I tried to pick up my order. I had to wait 10 mins to get a burrito I was supposed to pick up immediately. Also I ordered double meat, black beans, rice, fajita veggies, cheese, sour cream, and guacamole. The burrito was mostly rice and there was hardly any sour cream or guacamole. For an 11 dollar burrito I expected more.

Food:

I ate there today(menaul location ) 06/05/15 about 4pm and threw up not even an hour Later. Still getting sick 5 hours later! chicken burrito sour cream pinto beans cheese and avacado . Being that this was the only thing I ate since about 10am I know somethin wasn't right with their food. Also saw one of the cooks touching raw meat with bare hands
Disgusting and I will NEVER eat it again!
