Great place for reasonably priced large burritos and other American Mexican food. I prefer chipotle over qdoba or other similar chains

I have been to this Chipotle twice and both times have been a poor experience. They do not want to give appropriate portions on anything and if you ask for extra they disregard it or charge you. I have never had such a bad experience with Chipotle. I will not be coming back here.

I have to be completely honest and I know it might sound a bit racist, this place used to be the best chipotle to go to, but about a year or two ago they started to switch out their mostly Hispanic workers, and put in other people. It had a profound effect on the quality of service and food. Now the workers here serve the food as if we we're being given extremely rare rations, and now with the increase in price, even though slight, this seems completely unfair. Less food for more money, what is happening chipotle?This is also not mentioning how slow the service is now, a line that used to shuffle through in about ten minutes takes about 20 to half an hour. I have no problem with new people working here, but come on, at least keep the level of service and food that was here before! AT LEAST TEACH THE GIRL THAT HEATS MY TORTILLA TO HEAT IT LONG ENOUGH SO THAT ITS NOT COLD AND HARD!

Chipotle plain simple is just awesome, but this Chipotle is so cool. They're always smiling and joking around in there even if they're slammed. Tonight 5/15/15 I ordered something special that they had to warm up for me and they didn't even blink an eye and at the checkout the kid checked in on us repeatedly,while someone else was getting pickup, while he was ringing people out, then when he brought it to us he gave the most sincere apology for the wait. WHAT? You are awesome kid! I just ordered off the menu and you COOKED me food, then apologized for the wait? I wish I had a business to hire that kid at. Promote him.

The store seems to have constant problems that aren't addressed. For starters, I arrived at the store at 10:45 AM (45 minutes after they open) and the doors were locked. I call the store and the manager says "We had a slow start cooking our food, so we aren't open yet". I look inside and see about 7 employees sitting in the corner eating. I wonder what food they're eating...? The food that "isn't ready" yet? As a corporate store, you guys have to open at the set open times. Im sure corporate would be glad to hear about this.

Another problem that this Chipotle can't seem to handle is lines, the line is out the door every single time I come in. I fully understand being busy, but on average it takes about 20 minutes of standing in line before I can start to order. Other Chipotle's are much faster. 120th/Sheridan blows you guys out of the water.
