When we went in, there actually wasn't a line since it was a little before lunch. Everyone working was moving like there was, so I can't really say they're slow like most Chipotles. Other then that it's nothing special just a Chipotle downtown in the CLE.

My favorite location. The portions are good and the service is fast. Usually crowded due to the limited space.

This is the worst place ever. They care more about gossiping instead of doing their jobs. Line is out the door but they don't care. I don't know what kind of management would ever let there place of business become so dysfunctional. Never going back again.
