05/17/2016 12:35 am![]() So frustrated....My family and I have been eating at Chipotle literally every Monday for the past 3 years. The last six months or so the service has been horrible. We always submit our order online and then pick it up in the store. It has become the trend that someone's order will be wrong. No rice, no chicken just the toppings, no guacamole, or salad dressing the list goes on. I try to check my to-go orders before leaving most places, because I understand that there is no way to avoid the occasional slip up, but that is extremely difficult to do when you are ordering a burrito without completely destroying it. |

04/07/2016 5:16 pm![]() I had to wait over a half hour here to get a bowl. Not because they were busy or anything, but because they stopped the line for every call in order. Turns out you can just skip everyone else if you call in. The line comes to a complete stop and all the people who are hungry and waiting in line are made to wait. |

01/08/2016 1:46 am![]() This is my favorite of the Chipotle's in Fort Worth. Don't know why exactly, but the staff seems friendliest. The food is always good, but Chipotle is pretty consistent anyway. This location is always clean. The parking lot could be better, but that's the only con. |

12/23/2015 11:53 pm![]() The food is good. The parking is a little crazy. Located next to the highway in a huge Sam's parking lot, closest to the gas pumps. There are only a few parking spots in front of the restaurant. Everyone else has to park on a no stop sign, big blind spot corner. Be careful crossing it! The spill over parking is about 60 yards up the hill. Avoid parking there if you can! |
