This is probably the worst chipotle i have ever been to, the franchise owners should be taken aside and told that this standard isn't what the company represents.

poor quality of food, cold and the banger for this particular spot is that they cut the food portions down 35%, so you get 2/3 of a large burrito for $7.

i won't ever go back to this location, chipotle should be worried that they are losing more customers than just from this one particular location as well. it's just a bad experience that may drive people away from all chipotle restaurants.

besides the long line everyone is polite and friendly. the burrito is massive but i guess thats a good thing. the only bad thing i have to say is why is there a 1.50 fee for guacamole

I received a chipotle gift card about a month ago, used it for the first time week before last: It was a busy time of day, so when I got to the order point I asked for chicken on the burrito--there wouldn't be chicken for another 5 minutes the girl told me. So I stood back and waited, no biggie, then I decided steak sounded good, and told her I'd switch it to steak. Bad decision. The first bite was a fatty chunk of rare-cooked gristle..."must have been the first bite," I thought, just bad luck. Nope. The whole burrito was cold rare steak full of fat and gristle. I threw it out with my appetite. Disgusting. Now, I HAVE had a good chipotle burrito, so I knew this burrito was a fluke. I return yesterday to use the card again--got a decent chicken burrito, and SERIOUS FOOD POISONING. I woke up 2 am last night from severe pain in my stomach (along with all the other fun food poisoning symptoms ;D ), that has lasted all the way into today. I cancelled a meeting I had this morning because I had no sleep, and am in terrible condition. I'll never go back. What a dump.
