Chipotle, Jacksonville, Florida, Lacto Restaurant Details

Food:

Don't even bother ordering online, using the app they offer it is a minimum half hour wait, which us no problem at least you don't have to wait in line. However on 3 separate occasions they did not have my order ready at the specified time and I still waited 20 mins so why bother. The last time I went there 4 other people had their orders lost too. Usually love the food but can not stand this locations below par service. Why not open another line?

Food:

Waited in line over 20 minutes while they worked on to go orders instead of waiting on people standing in their line. The two girls working the to go line in the kitchen area were to busy taking and texting to work. We asked to see a manager and he couldn't be bothered to come out to speak with us. There was also food missing from the line and we were told it would take 10 minutes to get more. The only friendly person was the cashier. Definitely won't be back. Stores like this one will give Chipotle a bad reputation.

Longest lines, Slowest workers, out of any chipotle location I've ever been too. Stood in line for 45 mins at least

I had chipotle and these guys did'nt have any veggies like man are you serious? No veggies? I hated it...I was in this big line and it was a sunday night and these guys ran out of veggies? They also ran out of lettuce.....The beans were not cooked at all...I wanted 3 burrito bowls....and when I went up to give my order they tell me no veggies?? Like y'all need to keep veggies for back up...Also I would'nt recommend you guys to eat chipotle on SUNDAYS....

This is by far the worst Chipotle experience I have ever had. I travel and move a lot, and have been all over the east coast and Chipotle is always a quick, nutritious meal. Not this time!

There were 6-7 employees working the line at a given time, yet the line of customers was all the way to the back door. There was literally a person whose sole job was to pass the tray to the cashier and open a to-go back for him. This place is so inefficient. it actually made me angry.

The food was ok, definitely not the quality I expect from Chipotle. There was a whole slice of avocado in my guac, and the salsa was made with unripe tomates and had a bad texture.

Never going back here again.
