Chipotle, Lincoln, Nebraska, Lacto Restaurant Details

Food:

This place is almost a weekly stop for me. The food and atmosphere are great, the staff is upbeat and happy, and they have online ordering for quick meals on the way home.

Food:

I like chipolte, but I don't particularly like this location :/ The food quality is hit or miss otherwise the service and speed is good. Downtown is still the best location in Lincoln.

My wife & I ate there last night, good food and service. Server recommended barbeque beef and it was excellent!

This Chipotle is one of the best, if not the best one, in Lincoln Nebraska. I did an event there for my college and it was a huge hit. Everyone enjoyed themselves. The staff was kind and friendly especially Brandon who was very lively and fun to be around. I would definitely recommend hosting an event at this Chipotle or even just coming here to eat.

Chipotle food is great, but I'd recommend one of the other locations in town! I live between this and the Pine Lake location. I thought I would try out the O Street one, since it recently opened. I was so disappointed! When I got there (after the dinner rush), I ended up in line behind someone ordering 8 burritos/quesadillas. Right after I arrived, another couple came in. We all waited patiently. When I was ordering my two items, the manager handed two drink cups (apparently for free drinks) to the couple behind me, apologized for their wait and thanked them for their patience. Even though I had been waiting longer, I was not given drinks or acknowledged for my wait. I thought this was in very poor taste - it's understandable that there may be a wait, but to compensate one customer but not the other for this wait... Then I asked about having my burrito cut in half. This has always been done for me at other chipotles, but they refused saying it could be a liability. Lastly one of our items was a kids meal, but the kids chips/salsa was not included (at least it wasn't in our bag when we arrived home) like it is at the other locations. Unfortunately this was a disappointing experience and I definitely will be giving my business to the other locations in town if at all possible.
