Awful! I didn't get my chips in my bag. The diet coke was out and I order "LG diet coke". They couldn't warn me before they charged me??

The food was good, but the service was terrible! Very rude staff, not a friendly vibe at all. Every time this certain girl works we are rushed even when there is no line. Definitely finding a new place to eat.

The food is good the service was horrible. . The cashier was rude because i asked for my salsas on the side and not in my burrito, she said next time she would change me extra.. she said it was a new policy starting now, and when i asked for lemon she made me wait 5 minutes only to tell me in a really rude tone that it would be and i quote ( a long long long time before i could get any lemon ) not sure why she was being so rude but i would not go again.. terrible service

I cannot believe the service at this location....one of the wanna be owners of chipotle (employee) did not want to honor one of her co-workers decision to give more meat. When it was not over looked and her hand was forced she then started throwing he food around which caused the additional meat to hit the floor, and was not replaced.. It's already bad enough that chipotle serving sizes are questionable.. I will not eat at this location again.

I give two stars, not because of the food, but because of the service. The young girl taking orders was so rude. The place was basically dead, and we had 3 people in our party. Before we could get our full order in, we were rushed to move on. My husband had to get back in line just to get the rest of his order in, which was all of 5 items. The manager was encouraging it by talking and snickering with an attitude behind the counter. Then she just literally (not exaggerating) tossed our order on the counter carelessly. Call me picky but I used to work in customer service, and customer appreciation makes a difference. Whether you had a bad day or not.
