Actually 4.5 stars. Would give 5 stars accept the trash receptacles needed to be emptied.

Where it counts - food was great, staff uniforms were clean and orderly, staff very presentable and friendly, staff obviously very knowledgeable and worked quickly - even with person in front with a list.

Most important was that when that person handed the preparer a paper list, the preparer took it but "automatically" replaced the glove he was wearing (NICE!). This was the case with the cashier also, that stepped in to assist with preparing - immediately removed/wiped hands/replaced gloves between dealing with money and serving utensils and bags.

Made me feel VERY SAFE eating the food here. If someone complains about this restaurants attention to cleanliness....question the complaint! When I asked to speak with a manager, though in a meeting - the manager (Johnny) quickly appeared before I could sit down to eat.

It's 540pm and I've been in line for 20 mins now. The line moved....once several people stepped out of line. I don't know what the problem here is but I'm never coming back to this location. The workers are extremely slow and it's obvious they don't care.

This place is horrible. Panhandlers inside the restaurant begging for money, People smoking outside the door so the whole place smells like cigarettes. The floor and tables are never cleaned. The music is so loud you cannot have a conversation across the table. Lines that wrap around the store and it takes 45-50 minutes to get your food. If you order online your order is not ready when you get there and you have to wait longer for it to be made. They interrupt the line to make online orders and that makes it even a longer wait. GO SOME PLACE ELSE!!! THIS PLACE IS A DISASTER!!! It was not like this when the other manager was there.. We love his store on St Paul St where there are no problems and the line moves fast.
