As long as your order online you're good to go sometimes but even then check your order because they tend to mess it up. The wait at times at this restaurant is horrendous. Worse Chipotle I've gone to and sadly this is the closest one to my house so its this or bust when it comes to wanting to get Chipotle.

Every time I set up an online order, 20 minutes later I arrive to pick up my food still on the clock for work and I have to wait 10 minutes! This voids the entire reason for online ordering. Then I get there and they continue making food for everyone else haha. I love chipotle but this is constant every time.

I was just in Chipotle on Colerain and I will never be back. The wait was ridiculous and there was only about 5 people in front of me. There was one girl making the food and one girl running cash register. The guy there thought it was more important to take the temperature of the meat, lettuce, corn, etc than to help wait on people. When I finally made it to the cash register there was about 20 people behind me. Very poor service.
