Chipotle Mexican Grill, Cleveland, Ohio Restaurant Details

Food:

It is the worst Chipotle ever. They are slow, slow, slow. They are always out of something. I went tonight and they were out of tortillas. How does a resteraunt whos sole menu item is a buritto run out of tortillas? They were also out of cheese. The rice was undercooked and crunchy. This location has sucked ever since they moved into the new building. We will not be returning and we are telling everyone we know on social media to spread the word to skip this place.

Food:

good food but HORRIBLE SLOW SERVICE. everytime I order online they never start making my order until my pick up time, sometimes even later so I'm always standing there waiting 10+ minutes while they make my food. Guess what guys, pick up time is the time it should be READY, NOT WHEN YOU START MAKING IT EVERY SINGLE TIME. sooooooooo slow worst chipotle ever and its always like this.

Best tasting chipotle around, but unfortunately it's the SLOWEST. I mean, zero urgency during peak business hours. I've never given a review on anything in my life, but this one is so ridiculously slow every time I come here I couldn't help but write about it today. It's one thing when the chicken or steak runs out or they're understaffed and we have to wait, but when all the ingredients are full and there's 3 or 4 employees from the tortillas to the cashier it's frustrating to spend 30 minutes waiting because there's no sense of urgency.

Servers had nasty attitudes didnt want to give me what i wanted rushing me with my choices food nasty meat bland onions peppers and corn no flavor this dose not even tast like a chipotle at all they need to up grade to a real chipotle mexican grill they a knock tables dirty looks like they need more staff because the place is busy but they can keep up will never come here again the only rude ppl that were working were the mexican ppl you would if mexican ppl work here the food wold taste like a real chipotle mexican grill but guess not its a knock chipotle mexican grill thanks......

Chipotle's good, this one sucks. Slowest Chipotle I've been too, and I've been to a lot.

Every time I order online (like 4 times) they forget something (like salad dressing or guacamole side) and I have to go back for it, or if I don't notice go without it. Likewise I've seen several others have to come back after picking up an order because stuff is forgotten.

Regardless its the closest Chipotle probably by a few miles so they'll always be busy, just would be nice if they better train the staff.
