Love the restaurant and most of the staff is pleasant but for some reason every time a certain employee is working I always get an attitude from her and she is ALWAYS rude. I wasn't going to post a negative review but this has happened several times. Don't understand why, I am always pleasant and smile but still get an attitude from the employee, she has even expressed her rude comments several times to both myself and my husband. We are definitely going to stop going to this location because of it.

Been going to this location 2 times a week for about 5 months now, and there's a reason why. Everything is always fresh and the staff is always kind and do their jobs well!

Just had the worst experience at this location. Horrible staff, horrible customer service. Will never go back. Do not eat at this location!!!!

I had a great experience! Everyone was super nice and very polite! Great customer service and very respectful! If I had three thumbs I would totally give this chipotle three thumbs up! see you again!

I have been eating at Chipotle for 16 or 17 years now and I never felt the need to write a review. This is the first time I have ever wrote a positive one before about any place I've been, I guess people that have a good experience usually never think to write them? I know every Chipotle in town and they are all very good. This one is the best though. The meat ALWAYS looks like it was just cooked, nothing ever looks dry or over cooked. Everything that comes after the meat always looks very fresh. The staff is always friendly, and it seems genuine too. This store seems to be one of the busiest in town, but they move people through the line quicker than any other store, and they always listen. When I say a little rice, they actually put a little rice on! I eat here 2-4 times a week, and some of them know me now, and the manager is one of the nicest people around. She is always walking around and making sure everything is clean and asking if people are enjoying the food. That's nice to see anywhere from a manager, but especially when it's such a busy place. It's the best Chipotle experience I have ever had, and it's easy to see that it starts at the top and works it's way down from there.
