Chipotle Mexican Grill, Columbus, Ohio Restaurant Details

The customer service is always on point, and the food tastes good. To be honest the food is never bad, but the quality always varies depending on who makes it. Most of the time it's great, but sometimes the chicken for example leaves something to be desired.

I've been going to this specific Chipotle for almost a year now, and I have to say the quality has gone extremely downhill. Before this whole E. Coli mess started, I ate here weekly. But when it was reported in Ohio, I stayed away for a month or more to see where it was going...

Now this is my second time back at Chipotle since I started coming back, and I must say the last two times I've come here, I have been extremely dissatisfied.

I mean, before this E. Coli thing there was ALWAYS a line out the door. Now, like tonight, 3 people were in the eating area. No one in line.

You would think since they aren't rushing, they would take an extra second to make sure your burrito or bowl is correct.

Instead, they add incorrect portions of items, not even attempting to drain out the beans, and I swear the amount of chicken was almost non existent, but my burrito was overloaded with rice.

My previous visit I had ordered online, and they incorrectly made two out of the three burritos, and gave me stale chips...

Very dissapointed. Not even sure why I'm giving this Chipotle two stars instead of one...

This will be my last time going to this specific Chipotle. Horrible quality...

It's really mind blowing the lack of quality control this location has...

Every single time I go to this location, something is wrong. Last time I was missing stuff, this time the chicken was barely cooked to where it was still pink...and the manager wanted to argue about it when it's right in his face. Waste of time and money.

The people that work there are so awesome and kind! And the food is always a perfect 5-stars!! I would highly recommend this location!

This new crew is the worst. I got a small scoop of rice for a burrito. The girls were rude as well when I asked for more guacamole and still didn't add more. This place sucks now. It's too expensive for the small proportions they gave me. I'm done buying here.
