Chipotle Mexican Grill, Fort Worth, Texas, Mexican Restaurant Details

I asked for veggies, and they gave me like literally 6 baby strips of onions where she had to scrape it off the bottom. I didn´t have any other meat added and the portion was small compared to all of the other chipotle´s I have been to. The lady gave me an attitude every time I asked for something on the side.

Worst establishment on the planet. They tried to charge me $3.50 for simply melting cheese. This is a prime example of corporate America trying to exploit hard working blue collar Americans such as myself. They have certainly lost a paying customer today from now on I'm going to Qudoba!

Chipotle tried to charge me $3.50 extra for a quesarito and nobody was in line behind me. Melting cheese is not that difficult and I really don't see why it was worth $3.50. Chipotle has lost my business.

This store has changed their portions dramatically. On a burrito bowl maybe had 2 TBS of meat and 1/4 cup of beans. Could've served it in a to go quacamole cup instead of a bowl.

I will not be ordering again my office placed a nice size order and we requested veggies & condiments on the side, along with guacamole. Simple right? Well we did not receive our orders correctly. When we called to see what could be done, the person on the phone said with an extra charge we can place that order. Definitely not ordering again!!! We order food on Fridays and were hoping to make this a usual but we will NOT be ordering from this location again. If management is reading this I would recommend you guys train the girls to apologize and find a way to keep customers not to argue and drive them away.
