EVERY time I pre order using the app on my phone they NEVER have my order ready. They make it once I come to the counter inquiring about my pick up. I thought the point of doing the pick up was not having to wait? Then I get home and they didn't put the meat in it at all! Seriously?!?!?! There wasn't anyone even in line!

I went to this one today, and will never go back. I eat Chipotle at least 4 times a week, but usually the one on 83rd Ave & Bell Road. They gave me 1/2 portions of everything! On both of my burrito bowls! Then charged for double meat and I only got one full scoop. Unbelievable! I'll stick with 83rd Ave & Bell Road next time.
