I have never been treated like this in any restaurant.
you guys deserve more than 5 stars.
This was my first time trying Chipoltle. and everybody not only were friendly, but very kind.
I tried their burrito and it was great! My large appetite was thoroughly satisfied.
I'm in town for a week and I will be going there every night.

Chipotle is awesome as a restaurant and organization, but this location always disappoints me. I stop by today to eat and order a bowl and chips & guac. When I opened my bag of chips, they were really greasy. Now, I know what your thinking "they're fried, duhh they're greasy". However, these chips had oil almost dripping from them. I took them back to the counter, waited 3 minutes for a gentlemen to finish cleaning a window(as he stared back at me), then asked for a another bag which was just as gross. I ended up just taking my guac to the chips at my house. While all this was happening there was about 4 other employees in the back hitting each other with a wet towel. Needless to say, I will drive the extra 5 miles to go to a different Chipotle.

I love Chipotle, don't get me wrong. I am vegan and I that is the only fast food I can get most times. However this location was very sloppy with preparing my order. The rice was undercooked and while my burrito was sitting open I saw splashes of the hot salsa from the order before mine going into my burrito. The counter was very messy and I dislike it when they scrape up the very last scraps of fajita vegetables instead of taking initiative and getting fresh vegetables. I won't be going to Chipotle for a while after this experience.

I love Chiptole. But this location failed to deliver.

With a small line of customers at 11:05 on a Wednesday somehow they managed to take 20 minutes for 9 people to scoop rice and beans into a bowl so I could pay for it.

I'll try it again in a few weeks. Maybe just an off day.
