Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc, Cleveland, Ohio Restaurant Details

Food:

I love Chipotle, but this one has the slowest and most incompetent workers I've ever seen. Even my love for their delicious food is not worth the 1h+ wait.

Food:

Quite literally the worst Chipotle I've had the misfortune of going to. There's no good way to say it: if you're on campus, you just have to suck it up unless you want to travel to Coventry. The food is the usual, although they inexplicably run out of items constantly. They're the absolute slowest service, however, to the point that the past 3 times I've been people have just left the line from waiting for so long. I don't know how this one location manages to screw up what all the others get right, but it's hopeless.

Seems to have some management problems. They often run out of items and they seem to be understaffed for such a busy location. The food is slightly lower quality than other Chipotle locations, but isn't too bad.

Worst Chipotle in cleveland and surrounding cites!!!!! The workers were unprofessional, load and rude. There was no food prepared, the workers eating food and standing around making jokes. There was no orgainzation and the bins were all empty and the food they had was dry and old. Hands down the worst in the city. Needs new management!!!

Absolutely disgusting display of food service. Probably the worst restaurant I have ever had the soul-sucking displeasure of eating at. This place SUCKS lol. Staff couldn't care less whether you get food or not, lines always out the door even at "slow" times like 3 or 9, never a sense of urgency. Food quality iffy - dry and cold.
