Fast and somewhat tasty fast food, but this is a chain fast food place on a street full of great independent restaurants.

Slowest service I've seen at a chipotle. After all this is supposed to be "fast" food.

The first time I ever had any complaints about Chipotle. The food was cold. The tortillas were not soft or fresh but rather chewy and tough. The condiment/beverage area was practically empty. There was no ice and several of the soda choices were out of order. The bathrooms were unclean. My family was very disappointed.

first of all, I usually LOVE chipotle...
here the line was 25 minutes.
they had 1 person staffed for the whole line.
my totialla was stale and crunchy
the rice was clumped together in balls.
the chicken was old and stale.
literally the WORST chipotle i've ever been to.

Food:

I go to this Chipotle all the time and it's great. The place is usually busy but not because the employees are slow. Employees are friendly, quick, and clean and the food is always delicious and hot.

I'm taking off one star for two really minor reasons on the grand scale: sometimes when you walk in to order your food some line items will be missing; just missing buckets waiting for the rice, or chicken, or peppers to be finished cooking. Usually not a long wait but it happens rather frequently to me and others around me in line.

And the second reason is parking. Parking on the street is usually not a very good option as the street is usually completely lined with cars. Using the shared parking lot can be the definition of a clusterf*ck during peak hours as the lot is tiny with spaces jammed in tight to maximize the space. Just beware.

Overall though a great place. I've never had a bad experience with the food or service and always leave happy and full.
