Chipotle Mexican Grill, Kansas City, Missouri Restaurant Details

This is the Chipotle I would go to when I lived in this town. The food is great and the staff are courteous. Sometimes the dining area would be a little messy, but only because they were always busy. The only complaint would be the parking for the whole area, it gets kind of crazy.

Been frequenting this Chipotle for a few years now. The food is still good, but the service is horrible. The food is always of standard Chipotle quality, but the staff is literally the slowest and most unhelpful human beings I've ever encountered.

I have eaten at Chipotle's all over the Kansas City-Metro area and this by far has to be the worst one. I love Chipotle so I found it very disheartening that this Chipotle's customer service and food was so horrible. Most Chipotle's have a line-- it's a great restaurant and is to be expected. The great thing about a line at Chipotle is that they move quickly. This line moved so slow. It was not because there was not food ready, it was because the staff is too busy talking to one another instead of getting their work done. When I finally made it up to the line, one staff member jokingly said to me.. "Cheese is an extra cost." The girl standing next to him began to laugh. While I know they were joking, it was at the wrong time. I will drive the extra 20 minutes to go to the Chipotle on Englewood Road and not go this Chipotle again.

I came in last week and this young man helped me by the name of Chase.. Sweetest kid ever, very good customer service, best I've had in years. The food was fast, and tasty.. People who say otherwise don't know what good food is if it hit them right in the face!!
