Chipotle Mexican Grill, Kansas City, Missouri Restaurant Details

Food:

The line is always long but its super fast. Just went took like 15 minutes. Everyone was really nice. Great place to stop in and grab fast food that's not as bad as the drive thru food you could eat :-)

Food:

This place is a joke! Way too small, therefore it takes forever to receive "fast food". Forget about online ordering. They give you a time, we'll over an hour after ordering, if you show up early, doesn't matter, get in line! The staff here definitely the most disrespectful i've encountered in recent memory. I myself work in food service, so I feel my tolerance towards bs is rather high. I can sympathize but this is inexcusable. You must remember we as consumers choose to give you our money for your goods and services. I choose not to at this location anymore and I suggest you so the same.

Food:

Fine for a chipotle, but every time I've ever been there (6-10 times), the line is literally curling around the store. If you plan to come here, expect a 30-45 minute wait. It doesn't seem to be just dinner rush, either. I've come early (mid-afternoon), late (8pm+), etc and it is always super slow. The staff aren't particularly friendly either, but maybe it's just me being grumpy after waiting so long for a burrito.

Food:

I love chipotle and i wish this one was good because its by my house... for some reason the chicken bowl or variations alike taste like they have over 9000 lbs of salt mixed in it. Bleh ... why so sallllttyyyy.

I've never eaten Chipotle before, so far I've gone here three times.
1. Pick-up an online order for my boyfriend, they mixed up my orders but I caught it before I left the store, no biggie
2. Boyfriend took me here to eat, the line was long the employees on the line out of five of them only one was helpful with a friendly smile on her face. Food was good, good portions.
3. I tried to order online for about 45 minutes at work when the online ordering wasn't working I called them, I expressed that my lunch was in 15 minutes and I needed to place a pick-up order and was put on hold for 5 minutes. I had to hang up and call back only to be told they could not get my order done by the time I said I would be there because they had a 45 minute wait time, when the previous employee said they could do that for me and put me on hold and left me there. I hope my food is ready when I go to pick it up and I hope they didn't do anything to it. :(

I love the food but I'm not sure if I will continue eating here due to the poor service and ridiculous mis-communication between staff members.
