Chipotle Mexican Grill, Lincoln, Nebraska Restaurant Details

Food:

I just had one of the worse experiences of my life at this Chipotle location. Got my order wrong , awful employees, dirty dining room, & it was like it was everyone's first day or something. They had no clue what they were doing .

Food:

We love Chipolte but today was not a very good experience. When we walked in the door the line was very long. That is normal and it usually doesn't take that long. However today it took forever, they ran out of chicken and you could tell the line servers were not happy and did not have the normal customer service that they usually have.
Those that were waiting in line that had to wait because all of the to go orders that had to go ahead of us. We think a second cash register would really help and make everyone easier for staff and customers.

Safe to assume you always get great food at Chipotle

This particular store is in the same shop center with PepperJax and the Starbucks.

The prepare staff are all very nice and attentive to detail

Store is small, like many are but they also have a small outdoor seating area

This is our store, the one closest to home

I WILL return to get more Chipotle!

I love this Chipotle. The service I get is always fast and friendly. Even when there's a line out to the door, I never have to wait to long.

The food was as good as always, but what got this Chipotle 5 stars, was the service. We came in at 15 minutes to close, and the employees acted as if it was the beginning of the shift! Thanks!
