I work here at this location. And I want customers to know that we do the best we can, we can't always be prefect but we try to get as perfect to it as possible! Meaning some customers may think we have terrible customer service, while others may think we're the best in Raleigh! I love working here soo much! Just please be understanding we're still human and we may mess up, just bare with us okay! LOVE YA CHIPOTLERS!

I LOVE chipotle but this location is a nightmare every time. The employees always seem like it's their first day and have no ability to talk to customers. The beans and rice are always crunchy and the tomatoes are always rotten. If you can avoid it, go to a different location.

I really hate this chipotle! The employees suck and the food is disgusting! The employees always have attitudes and don't give enough food. I always try to give them a chance, but they fail me everytime! What a shame!

Chipotle is my favorite fast food around! The food is excellent and the service is top notch. We are anxiously awaiting the opening of the Strickland Rd. location and could not be more excited. The salads are the best!
