Ok ! So me and my wife are Chipotle freaks. We love their food. For me the best thing about chipotle is how I feel after the meal. I feel relaxed and real good !!!!

I love their food. Also they keep everything clean. That is why I love this chipotle so mucho.

I love Chipotle its my life. lol but this location service is very horrendous. It took 10minutes for a crew member to come to the online pick up register. Took so long my food wasn't ready and I didn't have more time to wait. So I just left. Will not he returning to this location and wouldn't recommend it either

this was the worst chipolte I've ever been too. the customer service was horrible, they were very rude and the food was cold, they were short on supplies. the bathroom was nasty, toilet paper all over the place, the toilet was broken and overflowing with paper and urine and b.m. urine all over the floor. the food was horrible I don't know if it wasn't cooked right or what not but my son vomited half way through his meal my daughter has very bad stomach pain. i, myself don't feel well at all have awful stomach pain- this place should be shut down or taken over by a new management and crew. I'm sure if it would be inspected it would be shut down for health hazards. I should get my money back and should be reimbursed for the horrible experience my family and I have endured!

Their service is pretty horrible here. I have gone here a week straight everyday for lunch and they are slow as molasses. Yesterday, I went when the high school kids got out of school (around 2:30pm) and they had one person making burritos and one person ringing up the orders with over 50 hungry high school students in line. This is not normal for the Chipotle's I have visited, as we all know the best time to go to Chipotle is when they are busy, since they are usually good about working the lines. The guy at the register told me this was a corporate thing, as hundreds, literally hundreds of these kids come in every day after school to eat, and Chipotle Corporate refuses to staff for this after school rush hour. It appears Chipotle doesn't care about all of it's customers, especially not these inner city high school students, just the business people during lunch time.
