I love the staff here so much. Very respectful and always make you feel welcome. Apparently, everyone else loves them too. If you come during dinner rush, expect to wait it a long, but fast, line!

Pretty average Chipotle. Lines not as long since it is the one further away from the two college campuses (CMU & Pitt).

Good burritos, friendly staff.

Really, really busy at peak times.

The Chipotle on Baum Blvd doesn't seem to have quite as long of a line and is only a 5 min drive.

The UPSIDE:
The staff are always very courteous, and work with you to compose the perfect burrito. I used to get double-wrapped burritos, so I'd ask if they'd heat the tortillas separately, etc., or I'd ask for half chicken/half steak. They're pretty flexible, and liberal with the servings, depending on the server. Now I go for a healthier burrito - essentially, half fajita-based, and all I need to do is ask for lots of fajitas to get that. I go often enough that they recognize me and can predict what I want. The atmosphere at this location is also great.

The DOWNSIDE:
Waiting. I recommend avoid going to this location during peak lunch and dinner hours. The lines invariably become onerously long. The copious multitudes of customers is only exacerbated by the fact that others call in for large pick-up orders, so the staff are constantly and frantically trying to juggle ridiculous pick-up orders and the queue at hand - they often need to favor the pick-up orders.

the absolute best fast food restaurant ever! great place if you are on a low carb diet. just get a bowl instead of tortilla. they are much more strict on what meats they use, such as free range pork and chicken. ingredients are always fresh and delicious. also it is filling even for a grown man. staff gets you through even when the line is long. staff is always nice.
